BLOG ABUSE!

i think many people have a misconception on what a blog is. Blogs are no longer online diaries - diaries where every bit of personal thought can be written. Blogs are like silent hailers - they influence and they speak alot about yourself. Blogs are a display of your personality. In fact, blogs increases your vulnerability of yourself. whatever you disclose, you tell the whole world(not just your listed readers) what kind of person you are.

When you tell people how nice a present is, you tell the world how appreciative you are. When you thank your parents on your blog, you tell the whole world what a family person you are. When you tell the world you got a D for statistics, you tell the world how difficult the test was. No. actually u didn't tell the world anything. U just merely put your thoughts into words, but those thoughts travel far, and u can't control what people think who you are. Maybe when u tell people how nice a present is, the world might think you are just a sucker for free gifts. Maybe when u thank your parents on your blog, the world might think your are just a dependent, spoiled child. Maybe when you tell the world you got a D for statistics, the world might think you are just a dumb and useless ass. and when the world think of you that way, u get upset, hurt and misunderstood.

Sometimes we ought of control our fingers a little. Why don't we just type out our frustrations in Winword and save it in a folder instead? Doesn't that give us more privacy, and let us write what we want? If anyone were to read those, the fault would obviously be theirs for invasion of our private space. Xiaxue is smart. why do i say so? she attacks the media, attacks people of a certain kind but never attack people around her. People live around friends, don't do anything silly on your blogs that entraps you and strips your most essential needs.
