It's been a really hot sunday and i think i just blew my sunday away coz i started the day off physically exerting myself under the scorching sun. and so, the rest of the day was easy, relaxed and full of Grey's anatomy again.

I'm at the 2nd last episode of season 2... where izzie stupidly cut off the heart battery off Danny when Burke's been shot! Argh!!! stupid! but well... the power of love shouldn't be underestimated. and yup... "Human beings need a lot of things to feel alive. Family . . . Love . . . Sex. But we only need one thing . . . To actually be alive. We need a beating heart."

I am so watching the last episode of season 2 before i can sleep peacefully. I gotta know if Danny's going to make it and if Izzie will get booted out! I like Danny! he's got cute dimples but Izzie's just way too blonde. muahaha oh well. and today, i found out that Ellen Pompeo is like 38 years old???? acting so convincingly like a 24? well well. and she's irish-italian. So tell me why i love her accent. (i am secretly hoping that Shane from The L Word would meet Meredith... wooo! hot ya!)

Talk about humour. The examinations just kicked off and we've been given a killer question. It's about this thing called "Cost Modelling". You know.. it's something like a model... go figure. It's not called a killer question for nothing. Everyone i surveyed had done the same thing - highlighted the numbers and got their calculators ready to do the obnoxious but nevertheless, doable math... until at the very last paragraph, it's actually a qualitative answer that it demanded. "Stunned" is an understatement because none of us had even the slightest idea on what a cost model is. In times of crisis like this, a person's composure tend to go a very wayward and do things that leaves the poor soul confused at the end of it.

Perhaps i shall present you a typical E answer to prove my point:

Q: propose computer-based approaches for a reliable cost model.
A: ... since the building is intelligent, an intelligent system should be used to produce reliable estimate ...


Well. a note to Dr Goh: As a person, I am sympathetic towards your plight. but, hahaha!! it's a damn funny answer!! You have indeed produced some of the brightest construction IT students who can give u the most brilliant answers. =p

it's hilarious! oh well, somehow Ernish antics never fail to crack me up big time~ ><
