YES! at least all the hard work were not wasted.
2 of us had to drop S paper and 2 of us had to drop a subject. all for the sake of the house.
finally NDC came and the results were finalised.
=) my house finally, after all these years, got the NE challenge trophy!!! YEAH!!
we didn't do well for the last leg of the race but our past achievements kept us right on the top.
hmm. some cried. maybe coz they felt that it was a pity that all their hard work was suddenly thrown away at the last point. they were good. but others caught up really fast even though they used to be right at the bottom. it was only human for them to feel sad anyway. after being together for so long, frenship is the best reward i've ever gotten from this experience. sounds noble hor?
maybe becoz my house has everything so i have the calmness to know what's right. they've fallen badly. i should have empathy for them.
anyway it was really tight competition among the houses. and i love this year's NDC. our graffiti design got 3rd. but i felt that it was really good. If not for the heavy commitments of the other house members, i believe that their potentials could be further unleashed. this batch of hse reps, i would say, have proved their worths as newbies.

so much for house stuff... my CT wants to meet my parents. sigh. coz as usual i didn't pass a single subject. that puts me at the bottom 30% of the whole cohort. argh. i wanna go NUS. so i better work hard as much as it takes. the exam feeling is becoming increasingly pervasive. good. so start now.
