I dunno, it seems like the devil's always overpowering the angel. Why do people tend to brood over one's sadness rather than think of the happier times? but never underestimate them either. It is usually those moments that fuels one's will to live on.

Ladies Night. Alcohol is a depressant? I enjoyed myself sOSOO much tonight. i didn't club, but i went to a pub instead with a live band dancing with lots of middle age people ( unlike places like zouk where there's an intolerable sight of wannabe ah bengs.) and surprisingly they are a whole lot of fun! they do much more daring things and people go there to really chill out and not dance the whole night through and do things that will embarrass the next 3 generations of your family. There was great drinks, 4 free drinks! great music, the live band was AWESOME! they play great dance music like Robbie williams, Sheryl Crow, Pink etc... and most importantly i went with a bunch of GREAT friends. everything about the place seemed perfect except the time.

anyway, the effects of alcohol as a depressant sank into me shortly after we left the place. i wasn't tired nor was i having a headache. i was perfectly fine, until i find myself grouchy, moody, and touchy. A personal space for myself would the best thing i could ever wish for. As i reflect what kind of fun i had. i had to agree - i would much prefer concert-high or achievement-high, rather than alcohol high. but because of the great music, i would give the place 3 thumbs up, and my damn mood a slit in the throat.

Unhappiness that occurs between 2 people, be it friends or lovers, is just a built up of coincidental moments of likes and dislikes. Then one day it just gets on your nerves, no matter how one tries to hide it, alcohol always manage to give you away.
Patience level drops to rock bottom, and tt's how eruption always happen.
