Drivers alert!!

Yesterday when i walking on the overhead bridge home from lot1, guess what i saw? i saw
a traffic police on the overheard bridge with this special camera that can track ur speed and car plate number!!! gosh, so to all drivers, don't just look our for speed cameras, u might get ambushed by overheadbridge traffic matas okie!!! don't say never warn u guys hor... somemore they will camouflage themselves behind those bougainvillas and drivers usually bo hiu who's on overhead bridges one... tsk tsk... smart ass policemen... just stay below 90 on expressway guys, and u'll be safe.

Anyway, today was a long day for me! in the morning i visited my grandma to tell her that i'm going to England to study for 8 months. ya i excluded my turkey trip details coz i scared she will disapprove. anyway, to my surprise, my grandma seemed quite happy that i got a chance to go to England to study. just before i left her house, my grandma met her neighbour and proudly told her that i was her sun, and that i'm going to ying guo to study. You know, i know it sounds extremely deceptive, i'm not like really going there to study, just an exchange program, but the words that came out from my grandma's mouth seemed like i made her proud for once. At that moment, i really wished that i was studying full time in England, and my grandma can really xuan yao to all her kakis, especially for a person who lived through pre-independent era, being able to qualify to study in England would be a big thing. i feel very lucky, and i will miss my grandma.

Then ya slept and cleaned up the house a little bit and then headed to bugis to shop a little. well highlight of the day would be...

Settler's cafe!!!

well, no pictures today, i'm pretty tired. let me tell u guys, Settler's cafe is at north canel road, where it has hourly charges. It is so damn interesting!! they have more than 300 board and card games to play and they will help to rotate the kind of games from table to table. So we played a few called Jungle speed, pig pile, rat-a-tat-cat and jenga with truth or dare. it kept us occupied for 2 hours and we were really screamy!! haha so exciting to play with ur buddies who
are buay paiseh, slow and always cheating. hoho... nusha outing always rocks. mos, sheesha, settler's cafe, diving, aceh, bangla, ktv... woo hoo!! rocks my socks! =)

11 more days to leaving singapore... will be back 250 days later...
